• Payments made for email blasts are non-refundable once the email has been queued for delivery.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Anti-Spam policy.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We collect your email address and payment history for account management.
• Recipient Data: Email lists you upload are strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or market to your uploaded contacts.
• Security: Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store credit card details.

3. Anti-Spam Policy (Zero Tolerance)

MarketPro-Mailer strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk email (Spam).

• You must have obtained permission from recipients before adding them to your list (Opt-in).
• All emails must include a valid unsubscribe link (handled automatically by our system).
• The sending of phishing, malware, or illegal content is prohibited and will result in an immediate ban and reporting to authorities.
